Do you know anything about this Cultivar as information about it does not seem to be freely available on the internet?

It is presumably an Early Large Clematis as it blooms in May/June and again in Aug/Sept. It is very free flowering and suitable for container culture, although it grows to 3m (no mention as to the size of blooms).
